I've made some major changes to my company the last few weeks! Pixels to Paper now has a new logo, I updated my shop listings, tweaked the designs, gave my office a facelift, and uploaded a new blog template. Whew! The one that will make the most impact though is that I added wording on my listing images and created examples so that clients can easily visualize the potential that their customized invitation has. I hope this helps! Do you love this invitation? You can find it here.

Last year, I saw a stamp at Michaels with this saying, so I went a step further and created a printable file. It's available in my shop and can be downloaded within seconds. So quick and easy - which is necessary for all of us busy moms! There's even a blank space after "From:" so your child can sign their name on the card to make it more personal. It was fun to get my daughter, Alyssa, involved last year. She  picked out sunglasses at the dollar tree for the boys in her class and tied the gift tags on them. They were a hit! We hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day filled with lots of love. Xoxo

Three years ago, I helped Daphna with some birthday party invitations and décor for her twin boys, Andrew and Alex. We've continued to work together and this year the boys picked the pirate theme for their 4th birthday. What I like most about the invitation is the faded treasure map background. Then I put a polka dot bandana and red eye patch over the pirate skull. We just had to include the envelope liners and I added wrap-around address labels to the envelopes as gives guests the impression that there's a great party ahead! Daphna asked me to make matching water bottle labels, food tent cards, gift tags, stickers, signs, and a vinyl cut out for the piñata. It's awesome to see photos of how the pieces looked displayed at the party. Thanks, Daphna, for letting me help out with some of the party details! Looking forward to working with you in the years to come...

When a bride sends me photos from her wedding reception, I get giddy. It's rare that I get to see the tables set up displaying all of the beautiful pieces that we created together. Meet Nick and Paula, the beautiful couple. They were sweet enough to let me post these photos to my blog. As you can see, their wedding was stunning and I'm sure all of their guests were in awe. Navy and gold is a sophisticated combo and Paula didn't miss any details (love the cloth used on the place card table!). We made door hangers and stickers for the guests' "welcome bags". And then created the unique champagne bottle labels, navy menus, triple-layered place cards and rounded table numbers.

I recently updated my shop to include "printables" for clients. This way, they have the opportunity to print the customized file on their own, email to guests, or even post on Facebook. For example, here's my latest design - a ranch themed party invitation. Within 24 hours, it can be personalized for you and you can print the invitation and envelope liner without even leaving your home! I have my files printed at a loyal, local printing shop that always provides beautiful prints, but I know that digital is in high demand in this growing world. Birth announcements, save the date cards, calendars, party invitations, stationery, menus, wedding timeline cards, wine bottle labels, gift tags...the options are endless!

Well, it was a success! With the help of others, I pulled it off. We kept the secret for months and Andy had absolutely no clue that close to 100 people were waiting to celebrate his 40th with him in the Sky Bar, which is upstairs in Saints located in St. Matthews. Andy's a laid back guy, so he actually made it easy for me...he never questioned a thing. I had fun creating the invites. Since he's a Jim Beam fan, I wanted to make the design look similar to the bottle's label and I signed each invite, too. I put together welcome bags for the guests staying overnight, which included snacks and mini Jim Beam bottles with Andy's picture on them. It was awesome to see so many of our friends and family, and his co-workers and tennis team there. Many traveled quite a distance to celebrate with us. From Springfield, Indianapolis, St. Louis... We're so grateful.

Stephanie and I have a lot in common and I love her to pieces. We used to work at Summit Energy together and we've been close friends for...hmmm...6 years now. She just recently tied the knot with Jason, who now works at Rawlings with my husband, Andy (small world). I was excited when she asked me to help create some special touches for their wedding reception. Not only because I viewed it as a compliment, but also because I haven't seen her as much as I'd like to ever since I had resigned from Summit two years ago. Together we made wine bottle labels, food tent cards, signs, favor box stickers and bunting. Stephanie has a great sense of style and I rolled with her vision of chalkboard designs using two of her favorite fonts: Bombshell Pro and Bebas Neue. I loved helping the newlyweds set everything up. The doughnut table was a huge, huh? Oh, and as you can tell, Andy and I were digging the Krispy Kreme hats! Congratulations to the beautiful, happily blended family of 5.
